USD 320 is offering the option of a new mail-in enrollment process for returning, in-district students. Parents who wish to avoid waiting in lines at physical enrollment now have the option of mailing in their enrollment forms and still paying by check or debit/credit card. Whichever way you choose to enroll your child, you will need to complete all necessary and applicable forms for each child. Forms can be accessed by clicking the links below.
Child Nutrition Program: Your child may be eligible to receive school meals at a reduced price or free. For information and applications click on Child Nutrition Program (CNP). If you are also interested in free or reduced price textbook fees please complete and sign form 3E Waiver of Confidentiality. If there are any meal fees that you will owe, you will be billed once your application is processed.
Immunizations: The Pott. County Health Department will be in town on August 5th from noon to 4pm at the Highland Community College in Wamego, Building A. Click here for an explanation of available vaccines and prices. Students are encouraged to bring their current shot records with them to save time. If you have questions about immunizations, contact the Pott. County Health Department at 785-457-3719.
Community School Supply Distribution: The Wamego Council of Churches and other community churches will provide free school supplies for local families in USD 320 experiencing financial hardships. Items will be distributed at the First Presbyterian Church located at 6th and Elm on August 5 from 1:00 - 7:00 p.m. and August 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For more information or answers on how you can donate cash/school supplies call Melissa Anderson, 456-6742, or Betty Butler, 456-7802.

Additional Mail-In Instructions
Payment:
CHECK: You may pay for all your children’s enrollment fees with one check. Simply add the Grand Total amounts from each of your children’s Enrollment Fee Sheets (FORM 6) to calculate the total for your family.
DEBIT/CREDIT: Go to www.EZSchoolPay.com. Log in and click “Add Credits”. For each student in your account, you will enter the appropriate total for meal accounts and enrollment fees. Please note that EZSchoolPay will add 6% to your total for the convenience of their service. To create a new account you will need your student’s school ID number. Meals:
Meal fees will not be approved by the board until July 14th. If you wish to purchase meals for your child you may wait until after July 14th to complete your mail-in enrollment, or you may enroll through mail-in now, and then do one of the following:
1.) Visit www.EZSchoolPay.com after July 14th
2.) Pay in person at Physical Enrollment
3.) Send money with student on first day of school
School Supply Kits: If you ordered a school supply kit from the PTO, you will need to pick up your kit during Physical Enrollment at Wamego Middle School.
P.E. Uniforms: It is your responsibility to obtain P.E. uniforms for your child. Please contact Kathy Johnson directly at 456-8977 to obtain your child(ren)’s uniform(s), or they may be picked up during physical enrollment.

*While each enrollment packet may look similar to the next, there are differences.
Please be sure to open the appropriate enrollment packet for your child(ren).
* It is required that Pre-School, Kindergarten, New and Out-of-District students attend PHYSICAL ENROLLMENT. If you MAIL-IN an incomplete or incorrectly completed enrollment packet, you will be notified to attend PHYSICAL ENROLLMENT.

Birth Certificates: Students enrolling in USD 320 for the first time must provide proof of identity, (certified copy of Birth Certificate or certified transcript for transfer students) within 30 days of enrollment.
